Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I wish to make the people aware of the growing need and demand for solar power. We all know that our mother Earth is showing signs of declining health. It is excessive pollution and resource use that leads to this. Because, man has a desire to lead a luxurious life, and for that, he is overusing electricity.
In this situation, solar energy can be the perfect alternative. So, to find a better solution we should switch to using solar energy like solar cookers, solar lanterns, solar water heaters, and solar panels to light up houses. Undoubtedly, these are available in the market. Besides, the government should provide them at subsidized rates so that more and more people can switch over to this option.
I am sure that by using alternate energy, we can cut down the pollution level and make Earth a better place to live in.
